Top Running overhead cranes travel along a track or fixed rail on top of the runway system, and can be built to handle small or large capacity loads. Since Top Running or Bridge Cranes can be customized to your application, they offer the best possible coverage within your facility.
Our cranes are manufactured to meet CMAA class specifications from A through F, depending on your required duty cycle. We also supply both free-standing and column-mounted runway systems for all cranes.
Top running cranes are offered in either single or double girder designs, depending on your capacity and span requirements. Single girder designs have reduced wheel loads, allowing you to save on new support structures over the years, while double girder cranes have higher load capacities and offer a better height of lift since the hook travels between beams.
